I bought 3 pieces@650grams of fresh Salmon Steak from the Supermarket yesterday morning. Made oven grilled Teriyaki Salmon Steak garnished with chili flakes and green onions for yesterday's dinner. I often make this dish for my family and today I'm delighted to share my version of Teriyaki Salmon recipe with you. I used very simple ingredients for this recipe yet it was delicious.

Ingredients for Grilled Teriyaki Salmon Steak π.
Ingredients A.
(Bahan - Bahan A)
1). Salmon Steak - 650 grams /
*(Stik Salmon - 650 gram)

Ingredients B - Mixed well
(Bahan - Bahan B - Digaulkan)
1). Original flavor Teriyaki Sauce - 5 tbsp /
*(Sos Teriyaki perisa original - 5 Sdm)
2). Fish Sauce - 2 tbsp /
*(Sos Ikan - 2 sdm)
3). Oyster Sauce - 1 tbsp /
*(Sos Tiram - 1 Sdm)
4). Lemon Extract - 1 tsp*add more if you like. For me 1 tsp is just nice /
*(Perahan Lemon - 1 sdt*boleh tambah jika suka. Bagi saya 1 sdt sudah cukup)
5). Chilli powder - 2 tsp or adjust to your preference /
*(Serbuk Cili - 2 sdt atau ikut selera masing-masing)
6). Black pepper powder - 1 tsp /
*(Serbuk lada hitam - 1 sdt)
7). Garlic - 6 cloves, chopped /
*(Bawang Putih - 6 ulas, dicincang)
8). Brown sugar - 0.5@half tbsp /
*(Gula Perang - 0.5 sdm)
9). Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp /
*(Minyak sayuran - 2 Sdm)
10). Water - 2 tbsp /
*(Air - 2 Sdm)
πCombine ingredients B in a bowl and mix well.
*(Satukan bahan - bahan B dalam sebuah mangkuk dan gaul rata).

Ingredients C
(Bahan - Bahan C)
1). Chilli Flakes - 2 tsp /
*(Serbuk Kasar Cili - 2 Sdt)
2). Green Onions - 1 sprig, thinly sliced/
*(Daun Bawang - 1 tangkai, dihiris)
----
Methods
(Cara membuat)
1). Line roasting pan with aluminum foil for fast and easy clean up. Grease the lined roasting pan with few drops of oil.
*(Lapikkan dulang pembakar dengan aluminum foil supaya senang dibersih. Sapu minyak atas dulang yang telah dilapik tadi).
2). Rinse Salmon steak well and pat dry with paper towels.
*(Bersihkan ikan Salmon dan keringkan dengan kertas tisu dapur).
3). Pour ingredients B over the Salmon steaks and set aside for one hour or longer.
*(Tuangkan Bahan B atas Ikan salmon dan ketepikan selama satu jam atau lebih).
4). Preheat oven to 220°C. Transfer the marinated salmon steak into the lined roasting pan and keep the remaining marinade.
*(Panaskan oven dengan suhu 220°C. Susun ikan Salmon yang telah diperap tadi di atas dulang pembakar yang telah dilapik dengan aluminum foil. Simpan baki bahan perapan).
5). When the oven is up to the temperature, grill the Salmon at 220°C for 15 minutes or till the Salmon is cooked through πNote : I used grilling and broiling methods.
-(Pangang ikan Salmon pada suhu 220°C selama 15 minit atau sehingga ikan masak sepenuhnya.πNota:Saya guna oven dengan alat pemanggang bawah dan atas).
6). While waiting for the Salmon to be ready, transfer the remaining marinade (In method No. 4) to a small pot/pan and simmer it over low heat. Stir occasionally till the sauce thickened then turn off the heat.
*(Sementara menunggu ikan salmon masak, tuang baki bahan perapan (seperti dalam langkah no. 4 di atas) dalam sebuah periuk kecil dan masak dengan api kecil. Kacau sekali sekala sehingga kuah menjadi pekat, kemudian matikan api).
7). Remove the grilled Salmon from the oven and glaze with some sauce@ cooked remaining marinade in method No.6. Return the grilled Salmon to the oven and continue to grill them at 220°C until the flavour is infused for 1 or 2 minutes.
*(Keluarkan ikan dari dalam oven dan sapukan sos@baki bahan perapan yang telah dimasak di langkah No.6 di atas ikan Salmon. Masuk balik ikan Salmon ke dalam oven dan bakar lagi dengan suhu 220°C hingga sos meresep selama 1 atau 2 minit).
8). Once done, garnish the grilled Salmon with some Chili flakes and sliced Green onion. Serve hot.
-(Bila sudah siap, hiaskan ikan salmon dengan sedikit serbuk kasar cili dan daun bawang jika kamu suka. Hidang semasa panas).
