No idea of what to make for breakfast at home on a weekend? Anyone else love fried noodles for breakfast? Here's a simple breakfast idea for you and everyone who tried, loved it. I made fried yellow noodles with boiled beef and capsicum for breakfast this morning and the taste was great. Yellow noodles is very popular among Malaysians and if you feel like to give this easy recipe a try and in case you couldn't find yellow noodles in your area, well, you may use dry-packet-noodles as substitute.

Ingredients for Fried Noodles with boiled Beef;πŸ‘‡
Ingredients A
(Bahan - Bahan A)
1). Yellow Noodles - 500 grams /
*(Mee Kuning - 500 gram)
2). Egg - 3 pieces, - beaten. Heat enough oil in a pan, add the beaten egg and scramble it, remove and set aside.
*(Telur - 3 biji, dipukul. Panaskan minyak secukupnya dan masukkan telur - kacau hingga hancur. Ketepikan)

Ingredients B 
(Bahan-bahan B)
1). Beef - 150 grams /
*(Daging lembu - 150 gram)
2. Water - 450 ml /
*(Air - 450 ml)
3). Salt - 0.5 tsp /
*(Garam - 0.5 sdt)
πŸ‘‰ Bring 450ml of water to a rolling boil. Add in beef and 0.5 tsp of salt and simmer over low heat for about half an hour or till tender. Remove and slice the cooked beef thinly. Reserve 100ml of the beef stock@beef soup to be used later. 
*(Didihkan 450 ml air dengan 0.5 sdt garam, rebus daging selama 30 minit atau sehingga empuk dengan api kecil.  Angkat daging dan dihiris nipis. Ketepikan 100 ml air rebusan daging untuk digunakan nanti ).

Ingredients C 
(Bahan-bahan C)
1). Red capsicum - 0.5 piece - diced /
*(Cili Benggala merah - 0.5 biji, potong dadu)
2). Green Capsicum - 0.5 piece - diced /
*(Cili Benggala hijau - 0.5 biji - potong dadu)

Ingredients D 
(Bahan-bahan D)
1). Garlic - 10 cloves, finely chopped /
*(Bawang putih - 10 ulas, dicincang halus)
2). Onion(medium sized)  - 1 piece, cut into wedges /
*(Bawang(Saiz sederhana) - 1 biji, potong baji)

Ingredients E - Seasoning
( Bahan-bahan E - Perasa)
1). Beef Stock cube - 1/2 cube /
*(Kiub Stok daging lembu- 1/2 kiub)
2). Dark soya sauce - 3 tbsp /
*(Kicap soya pekat - 3 Sdm)
3). Sweet Chilli Sauce - 3  tbsp or to taste /
*(Sos cili manis - 3 Sdm atau ikut citarasa)
4). Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp /
*(Sos Tiram - 1 Sdm)
5). Chilli paste - 1 tsp or to taste * optional /
*(Pes Cili - 1 sdt atau ikut citarasa * optional)
-Combine Ingredients E in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
*(Masukkan semua bahan-bahan E dalam sebuah mangkuk dan gaul rata. Ketepikan).

Garnishing
(Bahan Hiasan)
1). Fried Shallots - to taste*Optional /
*(Bawang Goreng - ikut selera*Optional)

-Oil for frying - 8 tbsp or Sufficient amount /
*(Minyak - 8 sdm atau secukupnya)
-Salt - to taste /
*(Garam - Secukup rasa)
-MSG - to taste * Optional/
*(MSG - secukup rasa * Optional)

MethodπŸ‘‡
(Cara membuat)πŸ‘‡
1). Heat sufficient amount of oil in a wok, add in garlic and onion and stir fry till fragrant. 
*(Panaskan minyak secukupnya dalam kuali kemudian masukkan bawang putih dan bawang besar dan tumis hingga wangi).

2). Add sliced beef, 100ml of beef stock@beef soup  (from B) and then cook briefly over medium heat.
*(Masukkan hirisan daging, 100ml air rebusan daging (dari B), dan kemudian masak sekejap dengan api sederhana).

3)  Add yellow noodles, ingredients E, salt and MSG. Stir well to combine over medium heat for a while. 
*(Masukkan Mee Kuning, bahan E, garam dan MSG. Kacau rata hingga sebati dengan api sederhana seketika).

4). Then put capsicums (Ing.C) and the scrambled egg. Stir for about 2-3 minutes over high heat.
*(Kemudian masukkan cili Benggala dan telur goreng. Kacau rata selama lebih kurang 2 -3 minit dengan api besar).

5). Turn off the heat, dish out and garnish with fried shallots. Ready to be served.
*(Bila sudah sebati, padamkan api. Hiaskan dengan bawang goreng sebelum hidang).
