    When you're not sure about what to cook for dinner, here's a quick and easy Curried Fried Chicken recipe for you considerThe ingredients are quite simple and super easy to make from ingredients you probably already have at home yet the taste is superb. You can serve it with steamed plain rice, fried rice/noodles, nasi lemak or you can just eat it on its own. My secret to making a crispy homemade friend Chicken are tapioca/potato starch, egg white and bicarbonate of soda. If you don't have tapioca/potato starch at home, it is okay to use corn flour but it's not as crispy as when you used tapioca/potato starch.

    Ingredients for Fried Chicken Drumsticks๐Ÿ‘‡;
    Ingredients A
    (Bahan - Bahan A)
    1). Chicken Drumstick - 12 pcs (1.2 kg) /
    -(Peha Ayam - 12 keping (1.2 Kg)
    2). Meat curry powder - 0.5@half tbsp /
    -(Serbuk kari daging - 0.5@setengah sdm)
    3). Chilli powder - 2 tsp /
    -(Serbuk cili - 2 sdt)
    4). Chicken seasoning powder - 1 tsp /
    -(Serbuk perasa ayam - 1 sdt)
    5). Salt - to taste /
    -(Garam - ikut citarasa)
    6). White Pepper powder - 1 tsp /
    -(Serbuk Lada Putih - 1 sdt)
    7). Egg white - 2 eggs white /
    -(Putih telur, - 2 biji, asingkan kuning telur)
    8). Bicarbonate of soda - 1/8 tsp /
    -(Soda Bicarbonate - 1/8 sdt)
    9). Brown Sugar - 0.5@half tsp /
    -(Gula Perang - 0.5@setengah Sdt)
    ๐Ÿ‘‰Method for A 
    Cara membuat untuk A)
    1). Place Chicken in a large bowl and mix the rest of ingredients A with it.
    -(Letakkan  ayam dalam satu bekas besar dan  masukkan semua baki bahan A)
    2). Mix well and leave the chicken in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 to 3 hours.
    -(Gaul rata dan perap ayam selama 2 hingga 3 jam di dalam peti sejuk)

    Ingredients B 
    (Bahan - Bahan B)
    1. Tapioca Flour/Potato starch/Corn Starch - 200 grams or sufficient amount /
    -(Tepung Ubi /Tepung kentang/Tepung Jagung - 200 gram atau secukupnya)
    2. White Sesame Seeds - 3 tbsp /
    -(Biji Bijan Putih  - 3 Sdm)
    ๐Ÿ‘‰Method for B 
    (Cara membuat untuk B)
    1).Put all ingredients B in a bowl and mix well. 
    -(Masukkan semua bahan B dalam satu mangkuk. Gaul rata).
    ------
    ๐Ÿ‘‰Oil - enough for deep frying)
    -(Minyak - secukupnya untuk mengoreng)

    Method 
    (Cara membuat)
    1). Remove the marinated chicken from the fridge and let it sit in room temperature for half an hour.
    -(Keluarkan ayam dari peti sejuk dan biarkan berada dalam suhu bilik selama setengah jam).

    2). Heat enough oil in a pan. 
    -(Panaskan minyak secukupnya dalam kuali).

    3). Coat the marinated chicken evenly with ingredients B(tapioca flour/ potato starch), shake off the excess flour and deep fry the coated chicken for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
    -(Salutkan ayam dengan tepung ubi/tepung kentang dan goreng dalam minyak panas selama 8 - 10 minit atau hingga warna keemasan).

    4). Once the fried Chicken is done, remove it and drain the excess oil on paper towel. Ready to be served.
    -(Bila sudah masak angkat dan toskan atas kitchen towel).
