Hi there! Today, I'm sharing what I cooked for last night's dinner. I made stir-fry Prawn with Broccoli in Oyster Sauce and it's a quick and easy recipe. I used fresh medium-sized tiger prawns for this dish and their sweetness goes well with Broccoli and Oyster sauce. It was absolutely scrumptious. You can pair this dish with anything you like;

Ingredients for Prawn and Broccoli in Oyster Sauceπ
Ingredients A
*(Bahan-Bahan A)
1). Broccoli - 400grams, cut into small florets /
*(Brokoli - 400grams, dipotong kuntum kecil)
π Pour 1.5 liters of water in a pot and then add 1 tsp of salt and 2 tbsp of oil. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat and blanch the broccoli for about 2 minutes. Strain, cool/rinse them immediately under clean, running water, this will help preserve the color and prevent the vegetables from cooking even more. Drain well and set aside. "Note" : Oil and salt can help keep the color of green vegetables even after cooking.
*(Tuang 1.5 liter air dalam periuk, kemudian masukkan 1 sudu kecil garam dan 2 Sdm minyak. Masak air hingga mendidih dengan api besar. Bila air sudah mendidih, masukkan brokoli dan celur selama 2 minit. Tuang dalam penapis dan bilas dengan air paip yang mengalir sampai sejuk untuk elek terlebih masak. Tos dan ketepikan : "Nota" : Minyak dan garam digunakan untuk tolong kekalkan warna sayur supaya kekal hijau selepas dimasak ).
2). Carrot - 100 grams - cut into strip /
*(Lobak merah - 100 gram, dipotong memanjang)

Ingredients B
*(Bahan-Bahan B)
1). Medium sized prawns - 400 grams - remove shell and devein /
*(Udang saiz sederhana besar - 400 gram, buang kulit dan usus)
2). Maggi Seasoning Powder - 1/4 tsp /
*(Serbuk cukup rasa maggi - 1/4 sdt)
3). White pepper powder - 1/8 tsp /
*(Serbuk lada putih - 1/8 sdt/)
4). Sesame oil - 0.5@half tsp /
*(Minyak Bijan - 0.5@setengah set)
π Combine ingredients B in a bowl and mix well. Set aside for 10 minutes.
*(Masukkan semua Bahan B dalam sebuah mangkuk dan gaul rata. Ketepikan selama 10 minit).

Ingredients C
*(Bahan-Bahan C)
1). Oyster sauce - 2 tbsp /
*(Sos tiram - 2 Sdm)
2). Light soya sauce - 2 tbsp /
*(Kicap soya cair - 2 Sdm)
3). Water - 400 ml /
*(Air - 400 ml)
4). Potato starch/tapioca starch/corn starch - 2 tsp /
*(Tepung kentang/tepung ubi/tepung jagung - 2 sdt)
5). Sesame oil - 0.5@half tsp /
*(Minyak bijan - 0.5@setengah sdt)
6). Maggi Seasoning Powder - 1/4 tsp /
*(Serbuk Cukup rasa Maggi - 1/4 sdt)
7). Salt - 1/4 tsp or to taste /
*(Garam - 1/4 sdt atau secukup rasa)
π Combine C in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
*(Masukkan semua Bahan C dalam sebuah mangkuk dan gaul rata. Ketepikan.)

Ingredients D
*(Bahan-Bahan D)
1). Garlic - 10 cloves, chopped /
*(Bawang putih - 10 ulas, dicincang)
2). Red Chilli - 3 pieces, deseed and cut diagonally /
*(Chili merah - 3 biji, buang biji dan dipotong menyerong)
3). Oil - 5 tbsp /
* (Minyak - 5 Sdm)

Methods
*(Cara membuat)
1). Heat 5 tbsp of oil in a wok. Add garlic and chillies and stir fry till fragrant.
*(Panaskan 5 Sdm minyak dalam kuali. Masukkan bawang putih dan cili. Kacau rata hingga wangi).
2). Put in prawns and stir fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Dish out and set aside.
*(Masukkan udang dan kacau rata selama 3 minit dengan api sederhana besar. Keluarkan udang yang telah masak dari kuali dan ketepikan).
3). In the same wok, pour ingredients C and stir well over medium heat till the gravy is bubbling.
*(Dalam kuali yang sama, tuang bahan C dan kacau rata hingga kuah menggelegak).
4). Add in the sliced carrot and stir for about 1 minute over medium heat.
*(Masukkan lobak merah dan kacau selama 1 minit dengan api sederhana).
5). And then add the pre-cooked prawns and the blanched broccoli. Stir well for about 3 minutes over medium - high heat.
*(Kemudian masukkan udang yang telah dimasak tadi dan juga brokoli yang telah dicelur. Kacau rata selama 3 minit dengan api sederhana - besar).
6). Turn off the heat, dish out and it's ready to be enjoyed.
*(Padamkan api dan sedia untuk dihidang).
