    Sharing one of my favorite dishes with you, my version of stir-fry spaghetti with beef, that I made for last night's dinner. I used very minimum and simple ingredients for this dish and yet the taste was great. If you have no idea what to cook for dinner, try this recipe. This dish is perfect for busy working mom as it is very easy and quick to make.  Wishing you a very happy New Year 2022, may this new year be filled with prosperity, success, joy and good health.     Ingredients for Stir Fry Spaghetti with beef;πŸ‘‡
    Ingredients A
    (Bahan - Bahan A)
    1). Spaghetti - 500 grams /
    *(Spaghetti - 500 gram)
    πŸ‘‰(a). In a medium sized pot, pour 2 litres of water, 1 tsp of salt and 2 tbsp of oil and then bring to a rolling boil over high heat.
    *(Masukkan 2 liter air dengan 1 sdt garam dan 2 Sdm minyak dalam sebuah periuk sederhana besar dan didihkan dengan api besar).
    πŸ‘‰(b). Once the water is boiling, add in the dry spaghetti and boil till soft. Strain and set aside. Note : Do not overcook the spaghetti or else it will turn mushy.
    *(Bila sudah mendidih, masukkan spaghetti dan rebus hingga lembut. Tos dan ketepikan. Nota : Jangan rebus spaghetti terlalu lama, nanti jadi lembik).

    (Bahan-bahan B)
    1). Garlic - 12 cloves, chopped /
    *(Bawang putih - 12 ulas, dicincang )
    2). Chili flakes - 4 tsp /
    *(Serbuk Cili Kering Kasar -  4 sdt)

    Ingredients C
    (Bahan-bahan C)
    1). Beef - 200 grams /
    *(Daging lembu - 200 gram)
    2. Water - 500 ml /
    *(Air - 500 ml)
    3). Salt - 0.5 tsp /
    *(Garam - 0.5 sdt)
    πŸ‘‰ Bring 500ml of water to a rolling boil. Add in beef and 0.5 tsp of salt and simmer over low heat for about half an hour or till tender. Remove and slice the cooked beef thinly. Reserve 200ml of the beef stock@leftover beef soup to be used later. 
    *(Didihkan 500 ml air dengan 0.5 sdt garam, rebus daging selama 30 minit atau sehingga empuk dengan api kecil.  Angkat daging dan dihiris nipis. Ketepikan 200 ml air rebusan daging untuk digunakan nanti ).
    4). Red capcicum - 0.5 piece - diced /
    *(Cili Benggala merah - 0.5 biji, potong dadu)
    5). Green Capcicum - 0.5 piece - diced /
    *(Cili Benggala hijau - 0.5 biji - potong dadu)

    ( Bahan-bahan D)
    1). Olive oil - 12 tbsp*add more oil if needed /
    *(Minyak Zaitun - 12 Sdm*tambah minyak jika perlu)

    Ingredients E 
    (Bahan-bahan E)
    1). Beef stock cube - 1 cube /
    *(Kube pati lembu - 1 kube)
    2). Maggi seasoning powder - 1 tsp /
    *(Serbuk Maggi cukup rasa - 1 sdt)
    3). Salt - 0.5 tsp or adjust to your preference /
    *(Garam - 0.5 sdt atau Secukup rasa)
    4). White pepper Powder - 0.5 tsp /
    *(Serbuk lada putih - 0.5 sdt)

    Garnishing
    (Bahan Hiasan)
    1). Dried parsley leaves - adjust to your preference*Optional /
    *(Daun parsley kering - ikut selera*Optional)
    2). Chilli flakes - adjust to your preference /
    *(Serbuk Cili Kering Kasar - ikut selera)

    MethodπŸ‘‡
    (Cara membuat)πŸ‘‡
    1). Heat 12 tbsp of olive oil in a wok and then stir fry the chopped garlic till fragrant. 
    *(Panaskan 12 Sdm minyak zaitun dalam kuali dan tumis bawang putih hingga wangi).

    2). Add sliced beef, 200ml of beef stock@leftover beef soup  (from C) and seasonings and then cook briefly over medium heat.
    *(Masukkan hirisan daging, 200ml air rebusan daging dan bahan perasa, kemudian masak sekejap dengan api sederhana).

    3). Then put capsicums and stir for about 2 minutes over medium heat.
    *(Kemudian masukkan cili Benggala dan kacau rata selama lebih kurang 2 minit dengan api sederhana).

    4)  Add spaghetti and stir well to combine over medium heat for a while. 
    *(Masukkan spaghetti dan kacau rata hingga sebati dengan api sederhana seketika).

    5). Turn off the heat, dish out and garnish with dried parsley and chili flakes. Ready to be served.
    *(Bila sudah sebati, padamkan api. Hiaskan dengan daun parsley kering dan juga serbuk Cili Kering Kasar sebelum hidang).
