Here's an easy One-Pot recipe for busy Moms and it's perfect for busy weeknights. I made Stir-fry beef with red capsicum and baby corn last night and it was so delicious. You can pair it with steamed white rice but you can also enjoy this dish with any of your favorite alcoholic drinks...πŸ€­πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜πŸ‘Œ.

Ingredients for Stir-Fry beef with Red Capsicum and Baby Corn πŸ‘‡
Ingredients A.
(Bahan - Bahan A)
1). Beef loin - 750 grams, sliced /
*( Daging  - 750 grams, dihiris)
----
Ingredients B - Marinade 
*(Bahan-Bahan B - Bahan Perapan) 
1). Beef Stock cube - 1 cube/
*(Kube Pati lembu - 1 kube)
2). Black Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp /
*(Serbuk Lada Hitam - 1/2 sdt)
3). Chilli powder - 2 tsp /
*(Serbuk chili - 2 sdt)
4). Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp /
*(Minyak - 1 sdm)
----
Ingredients C
*(Bahan - Bahan C)
1). Red Capsicum - 100 grams, sliced /
* (Capsicum merah - 100 gram, dihiris)
***
2). Fresh Baby Corn - 100 grams, cut into segments/
*(Jagung muda Segar - 100 gram, dipotong kecil)
3). Sweet pea - 50 grams, head trimmed/
*(Kacang Pea - 50 gram)
***πŸ‘‰ Pour 1.5 liters of water in a medium size pot. Add 1 tsp of salt and 2 tsp of oil and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. 
*(Tuang 1.5 liter air dalam periuk, kemudian masukkan 1 sudu kecil garam dan 2 sdt minyak. Masak air hingga mendidih dengan api besar).
***πŸ‘‰ Blanch baby corn and sweet peas for about 1 minute. Remove, drained and set aside.
*(Bila air sudah mendidih, masukkan Kacang Pea dan jagung muda dan celur selama 1 minit. Tos dan ketepikan).

Ingredients D - Mixed well
(Bahan - Bahan D - Dicampur)
1). Dark soya sauce - 2 tbsp /
*(Kicap Pekat - 2 tbsp)
2). Sweet Soya sauce - 2 tbsp /
*(Kicap manis - 2 sdm)
3). Brown sugar - 1 tsp or to taste/
*(Gula Perang - 1 sdt atau ikut citarasa)
4). Cooking wine - 2 tsp * optional/
*(Wine memasak - 2 sdt * optional)

Ingredients E - mixed well 
(Bahan-Bahan E - Dicampur)
1). Potato starch/Tapioca flour/Corn flour - 2 tbsp /
*(Tepung Kentang/Tepung Ubi/Tepung Jagung - 2 sdm)
2). Water - 4 tbsp /
*(Air - 4 sdm)
----
Ingredients F - blend coarsely 
(Bahan-Bahan F - blend kasar)
1). Garlic - 6 cloves, sliced/
*(Bawang Putih - 6 ulas, dihiris)
2). Fresh Ginger - 4 inches, sliced/
*(Halia segar - 4 inci, dihiris)
3). Fresh Red Chili - 1 piece, sliced /
*(Cili merah Segar - 1 biji, dihiris)

Ingredients G
(Bahan-Bahan G)
1).Water - 1/2 cup or sufficient amount /
*(Air - 1/2 cawan atau secukupnya)
2).Salt - to taste/
*(Garam - ikut citarasa)
3). Oil - 5 tbsp or sufficient amount /
*( Minyak - 5 Sdm atau secukupnya)
----
Methods 
(Cara membuat)
1). Mix ingredients B with beef[Ing. A] and set aside for 1 hour.
*(Campurkan bahan-bahan B dengan daging[Bahan A] dan perap selama 1 jam).

2). Heat 5 tbsp[or sufficient amount] of oil in a wok and saute ingredients F [garlic, ginger and Chili] till fragrant.
*(Panaskan 5 sdm[atau secukupnya] minyak dalam kuali dan tumis bahan-bahan F[bawang putih dan halia] hingga wangi).

3). Then add marinated beef and stir-fry well over medium heat for a while. 
*(Kemudian masukkan daging yang telah diperap dan kacau rata seketika dengan api sederhana).

4). Add water, mix well and cover the wok. Simmer over low heat for about 15 - 20 minutes or till meat is tender. 
*(Masukkan air, kacau rata, tutup kuali dan masak daging dengan api kecil selama 15-20 minit atau hingga daging empuk).

5).Add Ingredients D and stir well. Then add ingredients E and continue to stir till the gravy is simmering. Note: Add some more water if it's too dry.
*(Masukkan bahan-bahan D dan kacau rata. Kemudian masukkan bahan-bahan E dan kacau hingga kuah mendidih. Nota : Tambah sedikit air jika terlalu kering).

6). Increase the heat to medium-high and add Red capsicum[Ing. C] and   stir-fry for about 1 minute. 
*(Masukkan capsicum merah[bahan C] dan kacau rata dengan api sederhana).

7). Lastly add blanched sweet pea and baby corn and stir briefly before turning off the heat. Ready to be served.
*(Akhir sekali masukkan Kacang Pea dan jagung muda yang telah dicelur dan kacau sekejap sebelum matikan api. Sedia untuk dihidang).
