Made my favourite fried yellow noodles with soya sauce for today's breakfast. I love to make this dish for my family as it is very easy and quick to make. Yellow noodles is very popular among Malaysians and if you feel like to give this easy recipe a try and in case you couldn't find yellow noodles in your area, well, you can use dry-packet-noodles as substitute.

Ingredients for Fried Noodles with Soya Sauce;πŸ‘‡
Ingredients A
(Bahan - Bahan A)
1). Yellow Noodles - 250 grams /
*(Mee Kuning - 250 gram)
2). Egg - 2 pieces, - beaten. Heat enough oil in a pan, add the beaten egg and scramble it, removed and set aside.
*(Telur - 2 biji, dipukul. Panaskan minyak secukupnya dan masukkan telur - kacau hingga hancur. Ketepikan)

Ingredients B 
(Bahan-bahan B)
1). Garlic - 3 cloves, finely chopped /
*(Bawang putih - 3 ulas, dicincang halus)
2). Fresh Chili  - 1 pieces, deseeded, cut diagonally /
*(Cili segar - 1 biji, buang biji, potong secara menyerong)

Ingredients C
(Bahan-bahan C)
1). Chicken Breast Meat - 100 grams, thinly sliced /
*(Isi Dada Ayam - 100 gram, dihiris nipis)
2). Fish ball - 50 grams, sliced /
*(Bebola Ikan - 50 gram, dihiris)

Ingredients D
( Bahan-bahan D)
1). Light soya sauce - 1 tbsp /
*(Kicap soya cair - 1 Sdm)
2). Dark soya sauce - 2 tbsp /
*(Kicap soya pekat - 2 Sdm)
3). Chilli Sauce - 2  tbsp or to taste /
*(Sos cili - 2 Sdm atau ikut citarasa)
4). Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp /
*(Sos Tiram - 1 Sdm)
5). Chicken seasoning powder - 1/8 tsp /
*(Serbuk perasa ayam - 1/8 sdt)
6). Chilli paste - 1 tsp or to taste * optional /
*(Pes Cili - 1 sdt atau ikut citarasa * optional)
-Combine Ingredients D in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
*(Masukkan semua bahan-bahan D dalam sebuah mangkuk dan gaul rata. Ketepikan).

Ingredients E 
(Bahan-bahan E)
1). Choy Sum -  50 grams, cut into segments /
*(Daun Sawi - 50 gram, dipotong kecil)
2). Bean Sprouts - 100 grams /
*(Taugeh - 100 gram)
----
Garnishing
(Bahan Hiasan)
1). Fried Shallots - to taste*Optional /
*(Bawang Goreng - ikut selera*Optional)
----
-Oil for frying - Sufficient amount /
*(Minyak - secukupnya)
-Salt - to taste /
*(Garam - Secukup rasa)
-White pepper powder - to taste /
*(Serbuk lada putih - secukup rasa)
----
MethodπŸ‘‡
(Cara membuat)πŸ‘‡
1). Heat sufficient amount of oil in a wok, add in garlic and chili and stir fry till fragrant. 
*(Panaskan minyak secukupnya dalam kuali kemudian masukkan bawang putih dan cili dan tumis hingga wangi).

2). Put in sliced Chicken breast and stir over medium heat till cooked. Then add sliced fish ball and saute for about 3 minutes.
*(Masukkan hirisan dada ayam dan kacau rata dengan api sederhana hingga ayam masak. Kemudian masukkan fish ball dan kacau dengan api sederhana selama 3 minit).

3). Then stir in ingredients D and season to taste with salt and white pepper powder.
*(Masukkan bahan-bahan D dan perasakan dengan garam dan serbuk lada putih).

4). Add in the Yellow Noodles and the scrambled egg. Stir well to combine over medium heat for a while. 
*(Masukkan Mee Kuning dan telur goreng hancur. Kacau rata hingga sebati dengan api sederhana seketika).

5). Add Bean sprouts and Choy Sum. Stir well over high heat for about 2 to 3 minutes and then turn off the heat. 
"(Masukkan taugeh dan juga sawi. Kacau rata dengan api besar selama 2 hingga 3 minit dan kemudian padamkan api).

6). Dish out, garnish with fried shallots and it's ready to be served.
*(Hiaskan dengan bawang goreng sebelum hidang jika suka).
