Made a healthy one-dish meal for today's lunch after craving for it for quite some time and here's my style of stir fry yellow noodles with chicken.  I bought one whole chicken yesterday and I used the chicken breast for my fried noodles and...hmmmmm....it was so scrumptious. I love to make this dish for my family as it is very easy and quick to make. Yellow noodles is very popular among Malaysians and if you feel like to give this easy recipe a try and in case you couldn't find yellow noodles in your area, well, you can use dry-packet-noodles as substitute. Ingredients for Stir Fry Noodles with Chicken;πŸ‘‡
Ingredients A
(Bahan - Bahan A)
1). Yellow Noodles - 500 grams /
*(Mee Kuning - 500 gram)
2). Eggs - 3 pieces, - beaten. Heat enough oil in a pan, add the beaten egg and scramble it, removed and set aside.
*(Telur - 3 biji, dipukul. Panaskan minyak secukupnya dan masukkan telur - kacau hingga hancur. Ketepikan)

Ingredients B - Finely Blended
(Bahan-bahan B - Blend Halus)
1). Garlic - 6 cloves, sliced /
*(Bawang putih - 6 ulas, dihiris)
2). Anchovies - 2 tbsp /
*(Ikan bilis - 2 sdm)
3). Chili powder - 0.5(half) tbsp /
*(Serbuk Cili - 0.5(setengah) sdm)
-Combine Ingredients B in a blender and blend till fine.
*(Masukkan semua bahan-bahan B dalam blender dan kisar halus).

Ingredients C
(Bahan-bahan C)
1). Chicken Breast - 200 grams, thinly sliced /
*(Dada Ayam - 200 gram, dihiris nipis)
2). Fish ball - 100 grams, sliced /
*(Bebola Ikan - 100 gram, dihiris)
3). Shrimp - 50 grams, deveined, rinsed and drained/
*(Udang kecil - 50 gram, dibersihkan, tos)

Ingredients D
( Bahan-bahan D)
1). Light soya sauce - 2 tbsp /
*(Kicap soya cair - 2 Sdm)
2). Dark soya sauce - 3 tbsp /
*(Kicap soya pekat - 3 Sdm)
3). Chilli Sauce - 2  tbsp /
*(Sos cili - 2 Sdm)
4). Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp /
*(Sos Tiram - 1 Sdm)
5). Chicken seasoning powder - 0.5 tsp /
*(Serbuk perasa ayam - 0.5 sdt)
-Combine Ingredients D in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
*(Masukkan semua bahan-bahan D dalam sebuah mangkuk dan gaul rata. Ketepikan).

Ingredients E 
(Bahan-bahan E)
1). Choy Sum -  100 grams, cut into segments /
*(Daun Sawi - 100 gram, dipotong kecil)
2). Bean Sprouts - 200 grams /
*(Taugeh - 200 gram)
3). Fresh Chili  - 2 pieces, deseeded, cut diagonally /
*(Cili segar - 2 biji, buang biji, potong secara menyerong)

Garnishing
(Bahan Hiasan)
1). Fried Shallots - to taste*Optional /
*(Bawang Goreng - ikut selera*Optional)
----
-Oil for frying - Sufficient amount /
*(Minyak - secukupnya)
-Salt - to taste /
*(Garam - Secukup rasa)
----
MethodπŸ‘‡
(Cara membuat)πŸ‘‡
1). Heat sufficient amount of oil in a wok, add in sliced Chicken breast and stir over medium heat till cooked. Then add in shrimps and sliced fish ball and saute for about 3 minutes.
*(Panaskan minyak secukupnya dalam kuali dan masukkan hirisan dada ayam dan kacau rata dengan api sederhana hingga ayam masak. Kemudian, masukkan udang dan fish ball. Kacau dengan api sederhana selama 3 minit.)

2). Then push the cooked ingredients C(Chicken, Prawns and Fish ball) aside to leave an empty space in the middle of the wok and put the blended ingredients(Ing.B) into the empty space. 
*(Tolak ayam, udang dan fish ball yang sudah masak ke tepi kuali bagi membentuk satu ruang kosong di tengah kuali dan masukkan bahan B(bahan kisar) ke dalam ruang kosong tersebut).

3). Stir fry the blended ingredient(B) over low heat till crisp. Then stir in ingredients D and season to taste with salt and white pepper powder.
*(Kacau bahan B(bahan kisar) dengan api kecil hingga garing. Masukkan bahan-bahan D dan perasakan dengan garam dan serbuk lada putih).

4)  Add in the Yellow Noodles and the scrambled egg. Stir well to combine over medium heat for a while. 
*(Masukkan Mee Kuning dan telur goreng hancur. Kacau rata hingga sebati dengan api sederhana seketika).

5). Add Bean sprouts, Chili and Choy Sum. Stir well over high heat for about 2 to 3 minutes and then turn off the heat. 
"(Masukkan taugeh, cili dan juga sawi. Kacau rata dengan api besar selama 2 hingga 3 minit dan kemudian padamkan api).

6). Dish out, garnish with fried shallots and it's ready to be served.
*(Hiaskan dengan bawang goreng sebelum hidang kalau suka).
