I'm very delighted to share with you my new recipe, "Super Crispy Fried Chicken" which I have  invented recently and I'm proud to say that this is my latest invention with simple ingredients available in almost every home. Well, I've nothing much to say about it. The only thing I want to say is....., it was so scrumptious and the crispiness can last up to 12 hours.

Ingredients:👇👇👇
(Bahan - Bahan:👇👇👇)

Ingredients A
(Bahan - Bahan A)
1.Chicken Wing - 1.3 kg/
( Sayap ayam - 1.3 kg)
2.Garlic powder - 2 tsp/
(Serbuk bawang putih - 2 sdt)
3.Pepper Powder - 4 tsp/
(Serbuk lada - 4 sdt)
4.Chillie powder - 2 tsp/
(Serbuk cili - 2 sdt)
5.Chicken seasoning powder - to taste/
(Serbuk perasa ayam - ikut citarasa)
6. Soda bicarbonate - 1/8 tsp/
(Soda bicarbonate - 1/8 sdt)
7.Salt - to taste/
(Garam - ikut citarasa)
**Add item no.2 to item no.7(in Ingredients A) with the Chicken Wing(item no.1). Mix well and marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours.
**(Campurkan semua bahan - bahan A dan perap ayam sekurang-kurang dua jam).

Ingredients B - Crispy Fried Chicken flour.
(Bahan - Bahan B - Tepung Crispy Fried Chicken).
1. High Protein flour@Bread flour - 600g/
(Tepung protein Tinggi@Tepung Roti- 600g)
2.Potato Starch/Tapioca flour- 160g/
(Tepung Kentang/Tepung Ubi - 160g)
3.Rice flour - 100g/
(Tepung Beras - 100g)
**Combine all Ingredients B in a basin. Mix well and set aside.
**(Satukan bahan - bahan B dlm satu basin, gaul rata dan ketepikan).

Ingredients C - For the batter.
(Bahan - Bahan C - Utk batter)
1.High protein flour@bread flour - 120g/
(Tepung protein tinggi@tepung roti - 120g)
2.Potato Starch/Tapioca flour - 60g/
(Tepung Kentang/Tepung Ubi - 60g)
3.Rice flour - 30g/
(Tepung beras - 30g)
4.Egg White - from 3 eggs, exclude the egg yolks/
**(Putih Telur - dari 3 biji telur, buang kuning telur)
5.Vinegar - 1 tbsp/
(Cuka - 1 sdm)
6.Bicarbonate of soda - 1/8 tsp/
(Soda bicarbonate - 1/8 sdt)
Note: "NO" Baking Powder please!!!
(Nota: "JANGAN" guna baking powder - ada sebab 😊😊😊). 
7.Salt - to taste/
(Garam - ikut citarasa)
8.Pepper powder - 2 tsp/
(Serbuk lada - 2 sdt)/
9.Chicken seasoning - to taste/
(Serbuk perasa ayam - ikut citarasa)
10.Water - 1/2 cup/
(Air - 1/2 cawan)
**Combine all Ingredients C in a bowl and mix well.
**(Satukan semua bahan - bahan C dalam satu mangkuk dan gaul rata).

Method👇👇👇
(Cara membuat 👇👇👇)
1. Heat I liter of oil in a wok.
**(Panaskan 1 liter minyak dlm kuali).

2. Add the batter( Ingredients C) with the marinated Chicken Wings(Ingredients A) and mix well.
**(Campurkan batter (bahan C) dengan ayam (bahan A) dan gaul rata).

3. Coat the marinated Chicken Wing with the Crispy Fried Chicken flour(Ingredients B) in batches 'gently' for about 2 minutes.
**(Salutkan ayam dengan Tepung Crispy Fried Chicken secara berperingkat dengan lembut@berhati-hati selama lebih kurang 2 minit).

4. Then deep fry the coated Chicken Wing for about 8 minutes over medium heat. 
**(Kemudian gorengkan ayam dengan minyak penuh selama 8 minit dengan api sederhana).

5. Once the fried Chicken is done, remove it and drain the excess oil on a paper towel
Ready to be served.
**(Bila sudah masak angkat dan toskan atas kitchen towel. Sedia untuk dihidang).
