Hi! everyone. This is Nora Liban. Thanks so much for coming by and I really do appreciate it. Today, I'm very delighted to share with you how I cooked Sweet and Sour Squid Ring with Pineapple. My passion is cooking so there will be more great recipes from me in the future, so stay tuned!!!😁😁😁.

Ingredients - A.
(Bahan bahan A)
1.- Squid (body and tentacles - slice the body into rings) - 500g/
-(Sotong-[potong dlm bentuk bulat] -500g)
2.-Paprika - 2 tsp/
-(Serbuk Paprika - 2 sdt)
3.- Salt - to taste/
-(Garam - ikut citarasa)
4.-Garlic powder - to taste
-(Serbuk Bawang putih - ikut citarasa)
5.-Tamarind paste - 1/2 tsp
-(Pes asam jawa - 1/2 sdt).
**Put Ingredients A in a pan, mix well and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes and set aside.
(Masukkan bahan2 A dlm periuk, gaul rata dan masak dengan api sederhana selama 10 minutes dan ketepikan).

Ingredients B.
(Bahan-bahan B)
1.- Fresh Pineapple - 1 & 1/2 cups, cut into cubes /
- (Nenas Segar - 1 & 1/2 cawan [potong dlm bentuk cube]
2.- Onion - 1pc, sliced /
-(Bawang besar - 1biji, hiris)
3.- Fresh Chilli - 2 pcs, sliced /
-(Chilli Segar - 2 biji, hiris)
4. - Garlic - 6 cloves, diced /
-(Bawang putih - 6 ulas)
5.-Cooking oil - 2 tbsp /
-(Minyak Masak - 2 sdm)

Ingredients C.
(Bahan - bahan C)
1.- Fish sauce - to taste /
-(Sos Ikan - ikut citarasa)
2.- Thai sweet Chilli sauce - 3 tbsp /
-(Sos Cili Manis Thai - 3sdm)
3.- Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp /
- (Sos Tomato - 3 sdm)
4.- Anchovy stock - to taste /
-(Stok Ikan bilis - ikut citarasa)
5.-Sugar - to taste /
-(Gula - ikut citarasa)

(Cara membuat 👇👇👇)
1. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a wok.
**(Panaskan minyak dalam kuali).
2. Sauté onion, garlic and chilli over medium heat until fragrant.
**(Tumis bawang besar, bawang putih dan chilli hingga wangi).
3. Add fish sauce, Thai sweet chilli sauce, tomato sauce, sugar and anchovy stock. Stir well.
**(Masukkan Sos Ikan, Sos chilli Thai, Sos Tomato, Gula, Stok Ikan bilis dan gaul rata).
4. Put in the pineapple cubes, stir fry-well over high heat and lastly add in the cooked squid ring.
**(Masukkan cube Nenas, gaul rata dengan api besar dan akhir sekali masukkan Sotong yang telah dimasak tadi).
5. Turn off the heat. Ready to be served.
**(Padamkan api. Sedia untuk dihidang).
