Hi! everyone👋👋👋. This is Nora Liban. Thank you for being here and I really do appreciate it. I'm very delighted to share with you how I prepared 'Fried Chicken Curry - Dry Version' with simple ingredients that can be found in almost every homes. To be honest, I'm not a chef nor even a trained cook by profession but my passion is cooking, so I love to invent new recipes and here's my newly invented recipe just in case you would like to try. Of course there will be more great recipes from me in the future, so stay tuned with Nora Liban's kitchen and let's get started!!😊😊😊

Ingredients A
(Bahan - Bahan A)
For the Fried Chicken/Untuk Ayam Goreng
1.- 1 Whole Chicken - 1.2 kg, cut into 12 pieces /
-(Ayam - 1.2 kg, potong 12 keping)
2.-Meat curry powder - 1 tsp /
-(Serbuk Kari daging - 1 sdt)
3.- Chilli powder - 1 tsp /
- (Serbuk Chilli - 1 sdt)
4.-Salt - to taste /
-(Garam - ikut citarasa)
5.- Chicken Seasoning powder - to taste /
-(Serbuk perasa ayam - ikut citarasa)

1. Put Ingredients A in a bowl,  mix well and set aside for 1 hour.
**(Masukkan semua bahan A dalam satu bekas. Gaul rata dan perap selama 1 jam).

2. Heat 2 cups of oil and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces for about 8 minutes. Drain the excess oil on paper towel and set aside).
**(Panaskan 2 cawan minyak. Goreng ayam yang telah diperap selama 8 minit dan ketepikan)

Ingredients B - finely blended
(Bahan - Bahan B - kisar halus) 
1). Garlic - 8 Cloves, sliced /
(Bawang Putih - 8 ulas - hiriskan)
2). Red Chilli - 2 pcs, sliced /
(Chilli merah - 2 biji - potong kecil)
3). Ginger - 2 inches, sliced /
(Halia - 2 inci - hiriskan)
4). Candlenut - 6 pcs
(Buah keras - 6 biji)

1). Put all Ingredients B in a blender and blend until fine.
**(Masukkan semua bahan B dalam blender dan kisar halus).

 Ingredients C 
(Bahan- Bahan C)
1). Onion - 2 pieces, sliced /
(Bawang besar - 2 biji, hiris)
2). Tomato - 1/2 pc, sliced)
(Tomato - 1/2 biji, hiris)
3). Coriander leaves - 1 stalk (chopped) /
(Daun ketumbar - 1 tangkai - potong kecil)
4). Curry leaves - 2 stalks /
(Daun curry - 2 tangkai)
5). Meat Curry powder - 3 tbsp, mix with one cup of water /
(Serbuk Kari daging - 3 sdm, campur dengan 1 cawan air)
6). Water - 500ml /
(Air - 500 ml)
7). Chicken seasoning powder - to taste /
(Serbuk perasa ayam - ikut citarasa)
8). Salt - to taste /
(Garam - ikut citarasa)
9). Cinnamon, cloves, star anise & cardamon - to taste /
(Rempah tumis - ikut citarasa)
10). Cooking oil - 4 tbsp /
(Minyak masak - 4 sdm)

Method 👇👇👇
(Cara membuat 👇👇👇)
1). Heat 4 tbsp of oil in a wok.
**(Panaskan 4 sdm minyak dalam kuali).

2). Stir fry onion until fragrant then add in blended ingredients(B). Stir well over low heat until the oil separates from the blended ingredients. 
**(Tumis bawang besar hingga wangi dan masukkan bahan- bahan B. Kacau dengan api kecil hingga pecah minyak).

3). Add in the sliced tomato and the meat curry paste. Stir over low heat until the tomato begins to break.
**(Masukkan tomato and pes kari daging. Kacau dengan api kecil hingga tomato mula hancur).

4.  Then add in 500ml of water, Chicken stock, salt, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, cardamon and bring to boil over medium heat.
**(Masukkan 500ml air, serbuk perasa ayam, garam, rempah tumis dan biar mendidih dengan api sederhana).

5. Add the fried chicken(A) and cook over medium heat until the gravy thickened. 
**(Masukkan ayam goreng dan masak lagi dengan api sederhana hingga kuah pekat).

6. Once the gravy has thickened, stir in the Coriander leaves and Curry leaves. Mix well.
**(Bila kuah dah pekat masukkan daun ketumbar dan juga daun kari. Gaul rata).

7. Turn off the heat. Ready to be served.
**(Padamkan api dan sedia untuk dihidang).
