Hi! everyone. This is Nora Liban. Thanks so much for coming by and I really do appreciate it. I'm very delighted to share with you how I prepared my version of "Cheesy fish fillet with breadcrumb". I think all cheese lovers need this recipe in their lives.😁😁😁. To be honest with you, I'm not a chef nor a trained cook by profession but my passion is cooking so there will be more great recipes from me in the future. Ingredients A - Cheese Sauce
(Bahan-Bahan A - Cheese Sauce)
1.Instant Cheese Powder - 100g
(Serbuk cheese Instant - 100g)
2. Hot water - 250ml
(Air panas - 250ml)

**Pour Instant Cheese powder into a bowl, then add 250ml of hot water. Stir constantly until the cheese sauce thickens to a smooth consistency and set aside.
**(Tuangkan instant Cheese powder dalam mangkuk dan masukkan air panas. Gaul rata. Ketepikan).

(Bahan - Bahan B)
1.- Cream Dowry fish fillet - 250g/
-(Fillet Ikan Cream Dowry - 250g )

(Bahan - Bahan C)
1.- Pepper powder - to taste/
-(Serbuk lada - secukup rasa)
2.- Salt - to taste /
-(Garam - secukup rasa)
3.- Anchovy stock - to taste /
-(Stok Ikan bilis - secukup rasa)
** Season the Fish fillet (B) with Ingredients C. Marinate for one hour.
**(Masukkan bahan2 C dengan B(Fillet Ikan), gaul rata dan perap selama 1 jam).

(Bahan - Bahan D)
1.-All purpose flour - 1/2 cup /
-(Tepung serbaguna - 1/2 cawan)
2.-Egg - 2 pcs, beaten /
-(Telur - 2 biji, pukul )
3.-Breadcrumb - 100g
(Serbuk Roti - 100g)
4.-Parsley leaves for garnishing - optional
(Daun parsley untuk hiasan - optional)
5.-Cooking oil - 2 cups /
(Minyak Masak - 2 cawan)

(Cara membuat 👇👇👇)
1. Heat 2 cups of oil in a non stick pan.
**(Panaskan 2 cawan minyak dalam non stick pan).
2. Coat the marinated fish fillet with the All purpose flour.
**(Salut Fillet Ikan dengan tepung serbaguna).
3. Dip it in the egg mixture then coat it evenly with the breadcrumb.
(Celupkan fillet dalam ramuan telur dan kemudian salut dengan Breadcrumb).
4. Deep fry the coated fish fillet over medium heat. Turn it occasionally to ensure that it is properly cooked. Fry until the colour turns golden brown.
**(Gorengkan fillet dengan api sederhana hingga warna agak sedikit perang).
5. Remove the fried fish from the pan and drain the excess oil on paper towel.
**(Keluarkan fillet dan toskan atas kitchen towel).
6. Pour the Cheese Sauce over the fried fish fillet and garnish with parsley leaves.
**(Kemudian tuangkan Cheese Sauce and tabur sedikit daun parsley).
7. Ready to be served.
**(Sedia untuk dihidang).
