If you are here for the first time, for your info, I've been posting recipes in my blog since 5th November 2020. Today's recipe that I'm about to share with you is one of my family's favorite dishes, that is "Curried Fried Chicken". The ingredients are quite simple and super easy to make from ingredients you probably already have at home yet the taste is superb. You can serve it with plain rice, fried rice/noodles, nasi lemak or you can just eat it on its own. Here are the ingredients and let's get started.

Ingredients A

(Bahan - Bahan A)

1). Chicken Wings - 12 pcs (1.3 kg) /

(Sayap ayam - 12 keping (1.3 Kg)

2). Meat curry powder - 2 tbsp /

(Serbuk kari daging - 2 sdm)

3). Chilli powder - 1/2(half) tbsp /

(Serbuk cili - 1/2(half) tbsp) /

4). Curry leaves - 1 sprig - optional /

(Daun Kari - 1 tangkai - optional)

5). Chicken seasoning powder - to taste /

(Serbuk perasa ayam - ikut citarasa)

6). Salt - to taste /

(Garam - ikut citarasa)

7). Ginger powder - 1 tsp /

(Serbuk halia - 1 sdt)

8). Egg white - 2 pcs, exclude the egg yolk /

(Putih telur, - 2 biji, asingkan kuning telur)

9). Vinegar - 1 tbsp /

(Cuka - 1 sdm)

10). Bicarbonate of soda - 1/2 tsp /

(Soda Bicarbonate - 1/2 sdt)

(Method for A / Cara membuat untuk A)

1). Place Chicken wings in a large bowl and mix the rest of ingredients A with it.

(Letakkan  ayam dalam satu bekas besar dan  masukkan semua baki bahan A)

2). Mix well and leave the chicken wings in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 4 to 6 hours.

(Gaul rata dan perap ayam selama 4 hingga 6 jam di dalam peti sejuk)

Ingredients B - Crispy fried Chicken flour/Coating flour

(Bahan - Bahan B) - Tepung Crispy fried chicken)

1). All purpose flour/Wheat flour - 150g /

(Tepung gandum/ Tepung serbaguna- 150g)

2).Tapioca starch or potato starch - 80g /

(Tepung ubi atau tepung kentang - 80g)

3). Rice flour - 50g /

(Tepung beras - 50g)

(Method for B / Cara membuat untuk B)

1).Put all ingredients B in a bowl and mix well. 

**(Masukkan semua bahan B dalam satu mangkuk. Gaul rata).

Ingredient C

(Bahan - Bahan C)

1). Oil - enough for deep frying)

**(Minyak - secukupnya untuk mengoreng)

Method /(Cara membuat)

1). Heat enough oil in a wok.
**(Panaskan minyak secukupnya dalam kuali).
2). Coat the marinated Chicken Wings(A) with the Crispy Fried Chicken flour(Ingredients B) until evenly coated.
*(Salutkan ayam(A) yang telah diperap dengan Tepung Crispy Fried Chicken-bahan B).
3). Then deep fry the coated Chicken Wings for about 8 minutes or until cooked through over low - medium heat. 
**(Kemudian gorengkan ayam dengan minyak penuh selama 8 minit atau sehingga  masak dengan api kecil - sederhana).
4). Once the fried Chicken is done, remove it and drain the excess oil on paper towel. Ready to be served.
**(Bila sudah masak angkat dan toskan atas kitchen towel).
5). Ready to be served.
**(Sedia untuk dihidang).
