Hello wonderful people. This is Nora Liban. Welcome to Nora Liban's Kitchen @ Norma Bty Kitchen. Thank you so much for coming by and I really appreciate it. If you are here for the first time, for your info, I've been posting recipes in my blog since 5th November 2020. My passion is cooking and I believe that everything I do with passion will make me feel fulfilled and satisfied/happy. Here's another interesting dish to try. It's my version of "Crispy Oyster Omelette" and I'm glad that my whole family loved it. I usually used frozen oyster instead of fresh one and the taste is just as good as the fresh Oyster. Here's the recipe just in case you would like to give it a try. Trust me, the taste is so good.

Ingredients A
(Bahan -bahan A)
1). Egg - 2 pieces /
(Telur - 2 biji)
2). Oyster - 150 gram, rinsed and drained in a colander /
(Tiram - 150gam, cuci dan toskan)
3). Water - 50ml /
(Air - 50ml)
4). Oyster sauce - 1/2 tbsp /
(Sos Tiram - 1/2 sdm)
5). Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp /
(Serbuk lada - 1/2 sdt)
6). Salt - to taste /
(Garam - ikut citarasa)
7). Anchovy Stock - to taste /
(Serbuk ikan bilis - to taste)
8). Turmeric powder - a dash /
(Serbuk kunyit - secubit)

Ingredients B
(Bahan - Bahan B)
1). High Protein flour or all purpose flour - 2 tbsp /
(Tepung protein tinggi@Tepung Roti - 2 sdm)
2). Potato Starch - 2 tbsp - Note : Potato starch seems to crisp better than corn starch /
(Tepung kentang - 2 sdm - Note : Tepung kentang adalah lebih rangup dari tepung jagung)
3). Rice flour - 2 tbsp /
(Tepung beras - 2 sdm)
*Combine B in a bowl and mix well.
( Masukkan B dalam satu bekas dan gaul rata)

Ingredients C
(Bahan - Bahan C)
1). Parsley - 2 stalks, cut into small pieces.
(Daun Parsley - 2 tangkai, potong kecil)
2). Fresh Chillies - 2 pieces, sliced /
(Cili - 2 biji, hiris)

Methodπππ
(Cara membuatπππ)
1).Whisk eggs in a bowl.
*(Pukul telur dalam satu mangkuk).
2). Add in 50ml of water, Oyster sauce, salt, pepper and anchovy stock and mix well.
*(Masukkan 50ml air, sos tiram, garam, serbuk lada dan serbuk ikan bilis. Gaul rata).
3). Add ingredients B and stir the mixture constantly until the texture is smooth.
*(Masukkan bahan B dan gaul hingga sebati).
4). Then add Parsley leaves and sliced chillies. Mix well.
*(Masukkan daun parsley dan cili. Gaul rata).
5). Lastly add in the Oyster and mix well.
*(Akhir sekali masukkan tiram dan kacau rata).
6). Heat 2 cups of oil in a non-stick pan.
*(Panaskan 2 cawan minyak dalam non-stick pan).
7). Deep fry the egg mixture over medium - high heat for about 6 minutes or until it harden up then flip it and cook the other side for another 6 minutes or until golden brown.
*(Gorengkan campuran telur dengan api sedehana - besar selama 6 minit atau sehingga campuran telur mengeras. Kemudian balikkan telur dan masak sebelah lagi selama 6 minit atau sehingga warna agak keemasan).
8). Once done, remove it from the pan and drain the excess oil on paper towel.
*(Bila sudah masak, keluarkan dari non-stick pan dan toskan minyak berlebihan di atas tisu dapur).
9). Ready to be served.
