Hi! everyone. Thank you for coming by and I really appreciate it. I'm very delighted to share with you my version of Cheesy Chicken Toast with Capsicum. I think all cheese lovers need this recipe. Let's get started.

Ingredients:πππ
(Bahan - Bahan: πππ)

Ingredients A
(Bahan - Bahan A)
1. Minced Chicken meat - 500g/
(Daging ayam cincang - 500g)
2. Garlic - 8 cloves/
(Bawang putih - 8 ulas)
3. Onion - 1 pc/
(Bawang besar - 1 biji)
4. Maggie seasoning - 1 tbsp/
(Perasa Maggie - 1 sdm)
5.Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp/
(Sos tomato - 1 sdm)
6. Pepper powder - 1 tsp/
(Serbuk lada - 1 sdt)
7. Paprika - 2 tsp/
(Serbuk paprika - 2 sdt)
8. Chicken seasoning powder - to taste/
(Serbuk persasa ayam - ikut citarasa)
9. Oil - 3 tbsp/
(Minyak - 3 sdm)

Method for Ingredients A πππ
(Cara membuat utk bahan Aπππ)
1. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan.
***(Panaskan minyak dlm pan).
2. Stir fry garlic and onion till fragrant. Add minced chicken and stir for 3 minutes.
***(Tumiskan Bawang putih dan Bawang besar hingga wangi. Masukkan ayam dan gaul selama 3 minit).
3. Add water to barely cover the minced Chicken. Then add Maggie seasoning, tomato sauce, pepper, paprika and chicken seasoning.
***(Masukkan air hingga sama paras dengan ayam. Tambah perasa Maggie, sos tomato, serbuk lada, paprika dan serbuk perasa ayam).
4. Cook over medium heat and stir occasionally till the gravy thickens. Once the gravy has thickened, turn off the heat.
***(Masak dengan api sederhana hingga kuah pekat dan padamkan api).

Ingredients B
(Bahan - Bahan B)
1. Bread - 12 slices/
(Roti putih - 12 keping)
2. Cheddar Cheese slices - 12 slices/
(Keju Cheddar - 12 keping)
3. Mayonise - to taste/
(Mayonis - ikut citarasa)
4. Chillie sauce - to taste/
(Sos cili - ikut citarasa)
5. Red + Green Capsicum - 1 cup/
(Capsicum merah + hijau - 1 cawan)
6. Mozarella grated cheese - to taste/
(Keju mozarella parut - ikut citarasa)
7. Onion - 1 pc, sliced***optional
(Bawang besar - 1 biji, dihiris**optional)

(Cara membuat πππ)
1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
(Panaskan oven pada suhu 220°C)
2. Layer 1;
Step 1. Line the bottom of a greased (8 X 8 inches) baking tray with 4 slices of bread.
**(Letak 4 keeping roti pada dasar tray yang telah disapu minyak).
Step 2. Cover the bread with 4 slices of Cheddar cheese.
**(Tutup roti dengan 4 keping Cheddar Cheese).
Step 3. Scoop 1/3 of the chicken mixture and spread it evenly on the cheese slices followed by the sliced Capsicum.
**(Ambil 1/3 ramuan ayam dan letak atas kepingan cheese dan selepas itu letak capsicum).
Step 4. Then sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese on it.
**(Kemudian taburkan mozzarella cheese).
3. For layer 2 and 3, repeat as above.
**(Ulang seperti di atas untuk layer 2 dan 3).
4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 220°C for 20 minutes.
**(Bakar dalam oven pada suhu 220°C selama 20 minit).
